The Yihua 1000B 4-IN-1 Professional Rework Station is an integrated multi-station that offers Infra-Red Heating Lamp, Preheater, Hot Air Rework Station, and Soldering Station capabilities. This station is designed to handle precision rework applications on components and ICs packaged in various formats, such as BGA, SOIC, QFP, and PLCC (through-hole and surface-mount), including ICs found in computer boards' northbridge and southbridge, BGA components in smartphones, LED lights, and more.

The Infra-Red Heating Lamp features a temperature range of 212-662°F, PID temperature stabilization, and sensor-based or manual temperature control, with an effective area of 35 x 35mm and lens sizes of Ø28mm and Ø48mm. The Preheater offers a temperature range of 122-392°F, PID temperature stabilization, manual temperature control, and an effective area of 120mm x 120mm with an IC holder. The Hot Air Rework Station has a temperature range of 212-896°F, PID temperature stabilization, ±1.8°F temperature stability, and a maximum air volume of 120L, with an in-holder start/stop function. The Soldering Station provides a temperature range of 392-896°F, PID temperature stabilization, ±1.8°F temperature stability, and includes 10 assorted tips.

The 4-IN-1 design allows you to use all four stations simultaneously, enabling even heating of the component and board from both the top and bottom, which is beneficial for efficiently extracting temperature-sensitive SMD components while protecting them from potential damage. The IR Heating Lamp's external thermal couple and sensor limiter mode allow precise temperature control and monitoring, ensuring the actual temperature stays within the set limits to safeguard the ICs.

Compared to using just the hot air gun, the IR Heating Lamp transfers heat more effectively through an infrared beam, providing improved heat penetration and even heating of the component, without the concerns of insufficient heat transfer or blowing micro components away when the air volume is high or low.

The Hot Air Rework Station and Soldering Station offer a wide range of temperature settings, from 212 to 896°F, catering to a variety of components. The hot air rework station also features an in-holder start/stop function to extend the heating element's lifespan.

The Yihua 1000B is versatile, capable of soldering, desoldering, and rework operations on surface-mount and through-hole components, including SOP, DIP, SOIC, PLCC, BGA, QFP, and CHIP.
